Villa Fenix is an ideal choice for couples and small families looking for peace, privacy and a perfect starting point for exploring Istria. Located in the very heart of Istria, the house offers a relaxing holiday with modern amenities and the warmth of a home, created with your own ideas and dedicated work.
Guests have access to a heated swimming pool that is open from the beginning of April to the end of October, while in winter you can enjoy the jacuzzi on the enclosed terrace. A private cinema and an extra bed and Netflix on the enclosed terrace provide a special atmosphere - perfect for relaxed evenings throughout the year.
The outdoor area features a large fenced and landscaped yard, a covered barbecue, as well as facilities for the youngest - a swing and a slide for smaller children. Villa Fenix is pet friendly, and 2 bicycles are available for guests to explore the surroundings.
Private parking is provided, and shops and restaurants are only 2 kilometers away. Thanks to its excellent location in the center of Istria, you can easily explore numerous Istrian destinations, and romantic Rovinj is a short drive away.

Villa Fenix
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine Top Ausstattung und ist sehr gepflegt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Dadurch dass das ganze Gelände komplett eingezäunt ist, kann man ihn bedenkenlos laufen lassen. Perfekt für 2 Personen. Auch das Vermieterpärchen ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder

Bardzo fajny domek wynajmowany przez młode małżeństwo. Domek nowy, wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Pralka , zmywarka ,telewizor oraz sprzęty kuchenne . Wszystko nowe . Ogród ogrodzony, automatycznie otwierana brama wjazdowa. W każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja. Wysoki standard.

Sehr schönes kleines modernes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht, in etwas abgelegener Lage. Jedoch erreicht man innerhalb von einer halben Stunde diverse Städte mit Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden. Sehr ruhige Lage. Supermarkt und Ähnliches sind aber nur paar Minuten entfernt. Sehr gepflegt, sowohl innen als auch außen. Pool, Grill, Beamer und Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, alles vorhanden und für alles gesorgt. Perfekt für Hunde, da das gesamte Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Super nette Betreiber. Gerne wieder!!! 🙂

Es fehlt an nichts. Neues Haus mit allem, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Sehr nette Gastgeber, wären gerne länger geblieben.
