In the heart of Istria, near Žminj, in the village of Križanci, is this romantic house with a small heated pool. Decorated with style and equipped with everything you need for your ideal vacation. If you want social life, the city or the sea, it is only half an hour away from the main tourist centers - Rovinj, Poreč and Pula.
Villa Fenix is the right choice for you if you want to surprise your loved one or small family and treat them to unforgettable moments, romance and relaxation.

Villa Fenix has the possibility of heating and cooling the living space and the pool, so you are welcome at any time of the year. The house has one room, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. The room has a double bed and with prior notice it can also have a baby cot. The kitchen is fully equipped; it contains a fridge with freezer, an oven, a dishwasher and an induction hob. In addition to the above, it is equipped with all the necessary dishes, a coffee machine and a kettle. If your little prince or princess is coming with you, there is also a food court and an outdoor park for children. In the living room there is a smart TV with the possibility of connecting to the Internet and watching programs in Croatian, Italian, German and English. Wi-fi internet and a bluetooth speaker are available for listening to your favorite music.
In front of the house there is a covered terrace and a heated swimming pool with a bench. The house has another terrace and barbecue with a summer kitchen, private parking and a fenced yard. The greenery of the garden in every season.

Villa Fenix
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine Top Ausstattung und ist sehr gepflegt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Dadurch dass das ganze Gelände komplett eingezäunt ist, kann man ihn bedenkenlos laufen lassen. Perfekt für 2 Personen. Auch das Vermieterpärchen ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder

Bardzo fajny domek wynajmowany przez młode małżeństwo. Domek nowy, wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Pralka , zmywarka ,telewizor oraz sprzęty kuchenne . Wszystko nowe . Ogród ogrodzony, automatycznie otwierana brama wjazdowa. W każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja. Wysoki standard.

Sehr schönes kleines modernes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht, in etwas abgelegener Lage. Jedoch erreicht man innerhalb von einer halben Stunde diverse Städte mit Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden. Sehr ruhige Lage. Supermarkt und Ähnliches sind aber nur paar Minuten entfernt. Sehr gepflegt, sowohl innen als auch außen. Pool, Grill, Beamer und Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, alles vorhanden und für alles gesorgt. Perfekt für Hunde, da das gesamte Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Super nette Betreiber. Gerne wieder!!! 🙂

Es fehlt an nichts. Neues Haus mit allem, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Sehr nette Gastgeber, wären gerne länger geblieben.
